Summary

i.c.idols teams up with i.c.stars | * volunteers and interns to learn and further develop further develop their presentation skills. This competition will take place during cycle 26’s career month and they will have the opportunity to present in front of with leaders in business and technology.

How does it work?

Each member of the current cycle will give his or her elevator pitch to a different panel of celebrity judges through three rounds. The field will be narrowed by one-third after each round, one contestant (with the highest accumulative score) wins in the final and winner receives a prize from our sponsor.

Example

Round one (introduction and background) includes 10 interns and the first group of four celebrity judges. Once all contestants give individual presentations, the judges will then review their scores and seven interns move on.

Round two (technical skills) includes seven interns and the second group of celebrity judges. Three will move on.

Round three (value proposition) includes final three interns and group of celebrity judges. The winner will be announced.
